Binder Group BinderGroup is an international company with a range of measuring and control equipment that specialized in gas flow applications for different process engineering markets. We have manufacturing plants in German and Holland. Outside of Europe, several Binder Engineering service companies are based throughout Europe, as well in China, Malaysia and Singapore. Our world-wide distributors are highly specialized partners that can advise competently on all range of topics, perform start-up and providing local services to ensure high customer’s satisfaction. We garnered several decades of experiences in WWTP particularly at the biological aeration process where it may takes up to 60% of the total energy consumption. Our innovative Vacomass® system save energy by optimisation of the air distribution. The energy saving are in 2 prongs via our air control valves.
- Precisely distribute air where it is needed (ensure no under or over aeration)
- Low headloss of the control valves that leads to lower header pressure.
Wolf Systembau Gesellschaft m.b.H.
With over 50 years of experience, Wolf System is one of the leading European concrete tanks and silos manufacturers. We have built up to 5.000 concrete tanks and silos per year across Europe. Our products are concrete tanks (for the water and wastewater industry, digesters for biogas plants or slurry storage tanks), as well as storage silos (for biomass, wood chips, pellets, animal feed, bulk goods and so on). The concrete tanks and silos built by us can have up to 50 m in diameter and over 40 m in height, with capacities ranging from 10 m³ to 10.000 m³ and beyond. The in-situ concrete tanks and silos are built by us using our special formwork system for cylindrical concrete tanks, designed and manufactured by our company in Austria. This formwork system is designed so that the inner and outer formwork panels can be installed without any wall anchors, therefore ensuring the highest possible tightness of the wall from the beginning. Our tanks construction process complies with the European and British Health & Safety requirements. The tanks and silos built by us are always designed by our in-house structural engineers in accordance with the Eurocodes and current relevant standards. Depending on the clients’ requirements, our tanks can be designed to be built fully or partially underground (even in a hillside situation) and to withstand groundwater pressure. The tanks can be left open, have a gas dome roof or a concrete roof slab, and can come with a variety of accessories including thermal insulation, manway, central column, concrete protection foil or wall cladding. We have vast experience on the British market as in recent years we have successfully completed almost 300 concrete tanks and silos on over 100 different projects in the UK, most of them being for biogas plants but also some on industrial sites. http://www.wolfsystem.at/en_at/Concrete-Tanks/Overview
